Color Drops

For this series I went back to using my color palette inspired by the Paris Metro.

The palette consists of 15 colors, representing the black and greys from the platforms, the white and turquoise from the trains and then the radiating colors of the plastic chairs that deck out every station.

I love this color palette.

It gives me energy, just by looking at it.

I’m naming the paintings after the 1977 song Ça plan pour moi, by Plastic Bertrand, because I aim to radiate the same energy with these paintings.
