We ship everywhere. If your country is not on the list, please contact me

Free worldwide shipping is included for rolled artworks.

How are the artworks shipped?

Artworks are shipped rolled in a protective tube from Milan, Italy.

For selected smaller works, stretched or flat shipping may be available as a product option at checkout.

For larger works, flat, stretched or crated shipping is available by request and quoted separately before purchase.

Are shipments insured?

Yes. Shipments are sent with tracking and insurance whenever available.

Are customs duties or import taxes included?

No. Import duties, taxes and local customs charges are not included in the artwork price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I return an artwork?

Yes.

If the artwork does not live up to expectations, please notify me within 14 days after receiving it.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packed securely, preferably using the original packaging.

The cost and responsibility of return shipping are at the buyer’s expense, unless the artwork arrived damaged.

Will I receive a refund?

Yes.

Provided the artwork is returned undamaged and in good condition, the purchase price will be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the artwork arrived damaged.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and include photographs of:

  • the damaged artwork

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label

  • any visible damage to the tube, crate or box

If the damage occurred during shipping, I will work with the courier/insurance provider and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or return.
